1911-32: 1/1 to 12/31 (1932 extended to 3/31/1933)
1933-72: 4/1 to 3/31
Renewals: Monthly Staggered Registration began 3/1/1973,
expire (MAY 73) to (FEB 74), based on owner's choice of month
(except MAR and APR). No stickers issued until the extension
month. If no month chosen, plates expired (MAR 74), with no
stickers issued.
New Registrations: Monthly Staggered Registration began
10/1/1972, expire "OCT 73". Since, assigned same month of
next year, except those issued 3/1/1973 - 4/30/1973, treated
as renewals. March and April added "MAR 77", "APR 78".
Optional Two-Year Registration began 1/1/1989.
